Terrani Mokka Ltd is a company registered in Kenya, and our registered office is located at Karengata Park, Marula Lane, Karen, Nairobi, Kenya.

2. Our Products
Terrani Mokka Ltd offers specialty roasted coffee beans sourced locally and globally. Our products are subject to availability and may be updated or changed without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payment
Placing Orders: When you place an order for coffee products on our website, you are making an offer to purchase those items. All orders are subject to acceptance by Terrani Mokka Ltd, which may refuse any order at its discretion.
Payment: Payment for all orders must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payments via the following methods:
Credit/Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard)
Mobile money (M-Pesa)
Bank transfer
PayPal (where applicable)
Order Confirmation: Upon receiving your order, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation with details of your purchase and shipping information. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate to avoid delays in processing your order.
Pricing: All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and may be subject to change without notice. Prices do not include delivery charges, which will be calculated at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping: We currently ship within Kenya and internationally. Delivery charges will be added to your order during the checkout process based on the delivery address.

For Kenya, we offer local delivery via a third-party courier company.
For international shipping, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout, and delivery times may vary based on your location.

Delivery Time:
Local Deliveries: We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Local deliveries typically take 1-5 business days to reach most areas within Kenya.
International Deliveries: We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. International deliveries may take up to 1-2 weeks, depending on the destination country and customs processing times.
Customs and Duties (International Orders): For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

5. Returns and Refunds
Returns: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your order is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a return or exchange. We will require proof of the damage (e.g., photographs) and may request that the product be returned to us.
Refunds: If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it back to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Products: Due to the nature of our products (roasted coffee), we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we will always work to resolve issues with damaged or incorrect orders.

While it is not mandatory to create an account to purchase from our website, registering an account may help streamline the order process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
